Moldovan-American Convention is a public platform for dialogue and communication, advocating for expanding economic, cultural and political connections between our countries. It is bringing together the brightest minds and most enthusiastic hearts of Moldovan diaspora in North America. Convention’s ultimate goal is to build a strong and united community that is actively contributing to improving the lives of Moldovans in North America and to helping people in Moldova.
The annual Conventions are hosted in different cities of North America and each of them focuses on several themes that are relevant to the ever changing needs of the community and developments in the Republic of Moldova. Previous editions were held in Washington DC (MAC1), Chicago IL (MAC2), New York NY (MAC3), Miami Fl (MAC4), San Francisco CA (MAC5), Philadelphia PA (MAC6), Las Vegas NV (MAC7), Seattle WA (MAC8), Chicago IL (MAC9), Washington DC (MAC10), Orlando, FL (MAC11). MAC12: Connected by Roots. United at Home | June 11–12, 2026 | Chișinău, Republic of Moldova
This year’s Moldovan-American Convention marks a special milestone as the community gathers in Chișinău for the first time, returning home after years of connecting Moldovans across continents. Under the theme “Connected by Roots. United at Home.”, MAC12 will bring together leaders from the diaspora, entrepreneurs, professionals, and community builders to celebrate shared identity while shaping new opportunities for cooperation. Through inspiring discussions, dynamic panels, and meaningful networking, the Convention will focus on strengthening ties between Moldova and its global diaspora, encouraging investment and innovation, and supporting initiatives that contribute to Moldova’s growth and resilience.
MAC12 will serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, building partnerships, and highlighting the impact that Moldovans around the world can create together.
